The Child Care Council is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors

Donald Keddell: Don is retired from the Elmira City School District where he served as Associate Superintendent. He has served on the Board since 1999.

Harriet Sweet: Harriet is retired from the Elmira City School District where she served as a Principal. She has served on the Board since 2009.

Don Hilfiger: Don is the Chief Financial Officer at Able 2. He has served on the Board since 2019.

Livie Trexler: Livie is retired from the Elmira Heights School District where she served as a Principal. She has served on the Board since 2000.

Bill Brodginski: Bill is the Chief Program Officer at the Economic Opportunity Program of Chemung and Schuyler Counties. He has served on the Board since 2007.

Kim Saunders: Kim is the Manager, Education and Child Development Services at the Economic Opportunity Program. She joined the Board in 2018.

Rebecca Moss: Rebecca works for CIDS. She joined the Board in 2020.

Jennifer Herrick-McGonigal: Jennifer is the President of the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce. She joined the board in 2021.

Joe Norman: Joe works for The Dunn Group. He joined the Board in 2020.
