The ITMHC program is an intensive program for child care providers as it relates to providing an environment that supports the mental health of infants and toddlers. Council staff are available to provide technical assistance regarding helping children manage their behaviors and ways that you can structure the program and your interactions with children that support healthy learning and healthy social/emotional development.
