The Infant Toddler Project is a partnership between Child Care Resource and Referral agencies in the Rochester Region. The lead agency, Child Care Council in Rochester manages this program.

Support, training and technical assistance is provided by each Council in the region to programs that provide early care and education programs for infants and toddlers. Our youngest citizens deserve the highest quality programming possible so they can learn and grow at the most critical time when their brains are developing.
